Nowhere is the constitution is there language that grants the govt. power to issue taxes on citizens for the purposes of coercion, or punitive measures. Taxation powers are expressly for the purpose of generating funds for the government- nothing more.
All coercive, and punitive forms of taxation are unconstitutional, and illegal, and it is time to correct our past failures for allowing these unconstitutional abuses to ever begin.
