Has the Failed 1934 act, prevented a SINGLE Criminal, from getting a firearm? The obvious answer is NO. It only prevented the Honest citizen, who does not commit crime. It is the same as Any 'gun control' that has Never affected a criminal. The result of gun control is Crime as in Chicago+gun control=762 Murders, Every year.
