You are exactly where you need to be. It is not easy to process all of this information. It takes time and that time is better spent alone. You will come out the other side a better person with a new direction. Don't let others get you down. They will figure things out in time.
I'm trying my best to make sure I'm not motionless. Despite the breakdowns I am having, I am not stopping from moving. I am not stopping. I am focusing more on myself. Thank you fren for the words of encouragement.

I was very depressed for a very long time. Learning to meditate and quiet my mind helped me tremendously. Sometimes it is good to stop and recalibrate. Step away from the drama and be in nature if you can. Force yourself to find the positive in every situation; over time, it becomes a habit and every day gets easier.
