If you drop soy and canola from your diet, you start to notice the terrible taste and aftertaste they both have. It's wild how terrible much of our food tastes- it's just masked with way too much sugar and synthetic chemicals. I cleaned up my diet and I can't stand so many of the things I used to eat anymore, and I'm very happy to be eating real food now.
