You think he would have notice all the extra shares....

In any event this was a stock divident,it didn't help the shorts,the short position is multiplied by 4x.

Not like AMC they just issued new shares.

Just take the loss,now on your short position,with gme new low fee crypto wallet and NFT marketplace their stock is only going up.
