No one ever changes their hair color. That's just a ridiculous idea.

Also, hair does not grow anyway, so if someone changed their hair color, it certainly would never grow back to the original color.

BUT....

there appears to be no traceable source provided by the poster. Hard to verify these are the same people. Visually, tho, they match up. imo.
