I ask them about the test itself. If a test was developed BEFORE COVID, isn't it at least a little possible that the positive results it is giving isn't for COVID? I usually get the "How the hell did I not think of that?" look, followed by, "It's a COVID test, so it tests for COVID." They simply can not let themselves believe they were duped.
