Mystical? He was a guy that was on the Stew Peters show and advertised there for a few months. I'll try a Rumble search "Stew Peters don't pay income taxes"....and BOOM, here he is:
https://rumble.com/vx4z45-read-my-lips-dont-pay-taxed-freedom-law-school-provides-tax-free-legal-stra.html
Peymon Mottahedeh, founder of Freedom Law School. Claims he hasn't paid taxes for 29 years.
FWIW, it looks like his website isn't resolving right now - that's not a good sign.
Anyway, caveat emptor. I'm not vouching for this guy. I was just mentioning this is one option I'm aware of. Since I feel I understand this trickery pretty well inside and out, I take my chances with the simple methods of asking for definition and proof that I (a man) am a "taxpayer" as well as the letter with signature including claim of obligation). If you go this route, you have to remember to make copies of everything you do, all documents, mailings, using registered mail, etc. As long as you're responsive within a timely manner, usually you have 30-days, but sometimes they get aggressive and only give you 10 days.
Thus far, I haven't been bothered. But I also think they know that I know some things. And I don't earn enough money to be trifled with anyway.
Anyway, good luck! Let us know if you seek this guy out and how things go. I'd be happy to review anything you're uncertain about if need be.
