Well his site resolved for me today...not sure why it wasn't last night.

Based on a cursory listen, it sounds like he's using the "District and its territories" approach. This is another rabbit hole I didn't mention earlier, as it contains some tricky elements. Most notably, that we unwittingly "AGREE" that we live in the "District of Columbia" as defined by the LEGAL SYSTEM --- by using their zip code and state abbreviations on all our correspondence. You have AGREED that you are a "RESIDENT" in their "DISTRICT".
Latin: "Res" = "The thing" & "Ident" = Identified. So a resident is "an identified thing". Said "thing" would be the corporation/trust/strawman vessel "JOHN QUINCY ADAMS" ALL CAPS NAME. As always, none of the LEGAL terms refer to a living man or woman.
The essence of this approach is that government and legal system have extended the "District of Columbia", on paper (i.e. within the LEGAL SYSTEM framework) alone. This is why we have "District Courts". And this is how and why the FEDERAL government has come to claim power over we-the-people and over the states. Whereas, prior to the Civil War, the reverse was the case.
Anyway, perhaps this guys tactics work for most folks, I don't know. As with my earlier advice, you must steer clear of ever using any attorneys, and must understand the nature of the deception so as to not get tricked into admitting you live in their district. Which effectively means, you have to understand that you don't really live at "123 Main St, AnyTown NY 23233", but instead, you live at "123 Main Street, AnyTown New York" in "New York state", not "The State of New York (which is a corporation). And obviously, all your prior paperwork and such was before you understood the trickery (which a judge would never admit to).
So good luck if you take this tack. I'd be curious to hear how it goes if you do.
