It is easy for the UK to do, for they have a tremendous amount of gas east of them. All they needed was a high price.

And guess what. The consumption price now is 5 times higher than before. The fact that they did dump, does not mean they are not going into shock.

There is no consolation or wisdom in these superficial figures, as they do not address the underlying questions.

To presuppose they were exempt from EU geopolitics ... is rather a naivete that even I would not ascribe to them.

No, outplayed is a better term.
