El Paso has a tight music scene and always had lots of fund raiser events for local cancer (and other) victims with great local support. It wasn't unusual for Beto to pop up at these events. NEVER to lend support and ALWAYS to attempt to elicit funds for his political ambitions. You have no idea how many events he has been kicked out of...but he keeps showing back up...
