this is just so Xiden can claim he us creating jobs.. think about it. despite the iRS having 80k "openings" laat weeks jobs report listed a decline of 71k full time positions. so really that was a decline of 151,000 full time positions because gov't jobs take forever to hire and this money will probably just get sent to Ukraine for "Offshore outsourced IRS inspectors"
