Hes signalling to the normies that there is another explanation forthcoming other than the archives document search. I think Marc Elias alluded to it in tweets last night about some obscure US Code that if violated eliminates your eligibility to run for office. In his next tweet he says it isnt really meant for Presidents or those running for President so.../shrug
