Could be, but if it's true they'll never admit it. They'll send out "you owe $80K, prepare for audit" notices to everyone that got a mail-in ballot, y'know, just to wake people up. Get it reported on CBS etc, while they're secretly raiding Newsom's whine cellars off camera.

Vintage tinfoil is hard to get. The newfangled aluminum is harder to get tuned right.
