I doubt anything was turned over to Grassley. DOJ and FBI do not fear Congress. They sit beofre Congress and lie under oath and nothing happens. These people are the LAW and they don't fear anyone. Corrupt to the core. Military is the only way and if they don't stand by their oaths to protect the Constitution form enemies DOMESTIC, it will be over and this country will be socialist big time.
