Why did Dick Cheney not even compete in the Republican Primary in 2008? Is it because he already served 2 terms, one starting 6-29-02, and the second starting 7-21-07? Was he not just defacto President, but actually President? 🧐 Research Wanted 🤔

List of Transfers of Power-these look so suspicious. Why is the date and time so precise? Bad guys appear to be up to something. The 7-14-85 transfer to Bush was clearly weaponized to seize power.
