Just get one of those pay for minute phones, and do not register it to yourself in any way, **connect it to WIFI at home, and do not use any personal information when using it.

Thats how you get your public IP address revealed and also your GPS signal triangulated based on signal strength from the tower's its connected to. Bad idea.
