A lot of small time farmers work with cash, and when they see cash deposits they’re going to investigate thoroughly. Can’t produce proof it wasn’t a bill or transaction? Well, they’re going to consider it taxable.

They are going to start coming up with all manner of tax violations - probably involving green energy crap and as you said - that is why they wanted to tract any transactions over $600 annually. Basically, that would give them permission to track everyone's bank account. The IRS would only need that level of officer unless they are going to physically enforce something - like seizing private property. This is beyond just a desk jockey. Good luck trying to seize people's property. This is all part of the reset - we will own nothing.
