Always consider the obvious first. We don't know when the video was actually recorded. There apparently was a legitimate contamination of certain baby formula products earlier this year. This could be disposal of those lots: https://www.fda.gov/food/outbreaks-foodborne-illness/fda-investigation-cronobacter-infections-powdered-infant-formula-february-2022

Found a follow up video on Instagram. She says it happened in Coachella, CA and that she picked up the shipment from Phoenix, AZ.
