They've been rotten since J. Edgar was placed in charge. I know a guy who was an agent. When I tell you he was dumber than horseshit, I am not lying. Found this out back in the 90's and any respect I had went bye bye. Plus, don't forget, Hoover worked with LBJ to make sure no one found out that Oswald was a patsy by instituting the Warren Commission.
