Pleading the 5th is your constitutional right and there is absolutely nothing you can say that can help you to prove your innocence to “them” so why say anything to scumbags who are trying to entrap you. They tell you right of the bat
“Anything you say will be used against you in a court of law.”
Everyone should plead the 5th, that’s why it’s a fucking amendment just as important as your 1st and 2nd
Shut up and let your lawyer do the talking, the Justice system is not designed to help you, it is designed to entrap you.
Trump did put out a statement on why he had to plea the 5th and I agree with him, they are looking for anything at all, even if they have to misrepresent his words to do it. Anyone stepping inside a court room in general should have a lawyer there to speak for you, Court rooms are mini nations really, once inside (literally) they speak a specific language and rule off of that language so, even if you give what seems a benign statement in regular or common English, the Judge or prosecutor can hear something entirely different than what you meant by it. Same sort of thing we been being pounced on out here of late, making obvious euphemisms/puns/jokes/sarcasm on something and they Blast it all over the place that it was an open and direct threat, or you hate or.
Evidence doesn’t need you to say anything, if there is evidence it speaks for itself. He comes from the other side of the tracks and lives in a tower and has a winter castle, I doubt he even owns a gun and fully believes in the 2nd amendment. Truth social tells me he doesn’t fully believe in the 1st amendment.
I just don’t think his point of view on certain things comes from the oppressed peasant side of history and tyranny. He probably also believes that the fbi doesn’t really need to be fully dissolved and disbanded. After this situation it would be interesting to have a conversation with him about his thoughts on the 5th and what he thinks about it now.
Just my opinion. He is just a man with a world view that has been shaped by his upbringing and it has been in the bubble of protection of wealth and the elite, but I still love the hell out of him and still am grateful he stepped up to do what he was called to do.
It would also be interesting to talk to him about how his worldview has changed after experiencing the persecution he has gone through these last 7 years and if he realizes yet that the constitution is not about the rights of a citizen but about the government and what it can’t do to its citizens.
Thank you. That was well stated and I agree. Trump has a managerial style that allows for individuals he hires to be able to shine in their own right because he delegates and is not into micromanagement - unlike his predecessor. Unfortunately, that managerial style also leaves him vulnerable to individuals not worthy of the trust he places in them.
Trump's experience with the average Joes, as you stated, does not come from his own history and upbringing. It does come from his willingness to leave his tower and engage with everyday Americans. Trump is a very generous and compassionate man. That has been verified from people that are closest to him. He does care about us and that is real. That is why we love him - because we can see that he does truly care about us and he cares about this country. That is what the other side does not understand about him or us. Trump is not a perfect man - he knows it and we know it. But, we can see that despite his flaws, he can identify with us and will fight for us with everything that he has. He has proven that more than once. Therefore, I will continue to support him. He laid it all on the line for us - so our support is the least we can do for him.
Amen to that.
They also don’t understand the size of the army that I would consider minutemen that in a moments notice would drop everything and posse up on the behalf of this country (not the government but this country). It would rival most trained armed forces in the world. And believe me these minutemen are more than likely all at a minimum amateur marksmen and snipers do to their hunting or previous military or law enforcement backgrounds.
I won’t cross the street for this government but I would die for this country and my fellow patriots, I don’t think they grasp that either.

Give them nothing
Educating the people about their Constitutional Bill of Rights?
Hes playing thier game
Or he could have used the killery ‘what does it matter now anyway.’ Line. But he’s a gentleman.
Look no further than the J6 political prisoners.
If he talks they twist. We know this.
