Does that sound like about the number of communists we have in this country? Sounds right-ish to me… especially if you multiply it by the number of people that can be named in each indictment.

I am going to do a deep dive on the penal codes around this. It’s critical to understand exactly what the law says… and what evidence you would need to gather in order to pull an indictment together.

If I’m right here, this is going to be waaaay easier than I was picturing. Existing case law, forensic evidence, military tribunals (depending on the penalties that are associated with the laws).
