Not unless you are in pain or they are messing up the constellation of your teeth (pushing them out of the way, this making you appear British). I had all of mine removed because there wasn't enough space for the lower ones so it hurt. The upper ones got holes in them eventually cause I couldn't properly clean them (only small part of tooth was out of the gum). There's no harm in removing them, it's not that invasive of a surgery, but why pay for it if it's not needed.
