How many times are those words mentioned by Jesus? Better yet how many times are they mentioned in His word? Not actually looking for a answer here. Many, very many times, it's clearly shown to us looking back in hindsight that what's being said that we must see and here not with our flesh, but rather in the spirit. Discernment is what is needed through out history as it relates to God's will and word and actions.
What I honestly believe is that if we don't look pass what were see and hear in our flesh, we will not successfully navigate through these times. Otherwise we're doing everything in vain. Our pride will not let us to see and hear what God is saying, doing and His will for us.
Ask yourself if He has made you a new creation, has He put his laws on your heart? Do you walk out your salvation with fear and trembling? Are you obedient? If you can honestly say yes to this, then it's my belief that you are in fact baptized in His Holy Spirit.
So if you possess the most powerful gift that God has to offer you in this life, then you have the ability to see and hear His wisdom. The question is how much do you yearn for it? His word says the wise will want it more than fine gold. The fruits of His spirit have fallen on me and I can't describe how humbled and blessed I am to truly see and hear it.
I say all of this to say that God clearly wants us to see and hear in the spirit not in the flesh. We absolutely have to seek His wisdom in these trying times. He opened my eyes and ears to so much. He showed me what is truly happening and who is truly my enemy. I've never seen and heard so clearly in my 43 years on this earth. I know He wants the same for you. It's easy to want something but there's no reward for wants. Those who seek it, who actively search for his mysteries in His word and through prayer, they are surely the blessed ones in these times. God bless you and I pray you have the eyes to see and ears to hear what God Almighty is saying to you.
That is my prayer as well! Amen and amen!
