Nope this is a President Trump construction project he funded with $250 million. Gitmo is many times the size it was adding room for thousands of extra Commies. There were only 38 prisoners in Gitmo which had room for thousands when Trump broke ground. New courtroom building to expedite cases of the treasonous deep state also.
