This is off-topic, but I went to the news article and saw one about Anne Heche linked on the right. I read it, as I'd heard the name, but didn't know who she was.
The article states: "...she lost control of her Mini Cooper on Aug. 5 and smashed through a home in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles. It took 59 firefighters 65 minutes to extract her from the fiery wreck."
Exactly how do 59 firefighters even get close enough to a Mini Cooper to do anything? I'm puzzled. Did they take one-minute turns? :)
