They are down to only a few moves left. Yes there will be cheating in the midterms but unless they can somehow stop them all together , their demise is certain.

I don't think they're "negotiating." they have limited actions and all are predictable.
they will set off a nuke -- if they can't [expect] to get away with it, and if white hats haven't derailed the plans.
So kinda like letting a nuke off in NY, hence all the NY nuclear warnings lately...and then try to blame Trump for giving away the launch codes/information.

Yep. Good theory. Trump had nuke codes. It's his fault for Russia nuking New York City.
