Was she trying to say they THINK it was stolen? This is the worst Freudian slip since "we have put together the most extensive voter fraud operation"

Worse than a Freudian slip. They talk freely when they are amongst their coconspirators but speak in code or lie around others. she forgot to shift modes. They need others to know they are in the know to keep their power and information flowing.
