i think it a unmanned aircraft.for a second i thought it was a u2 spy plane.yes we still fly them.those red lines are its flight path.were its been. the mexico thing is about major fires maybe cartel shit going on.by the border. us gov told its ppl to shelter in place..hope that helps.
