Excerpt from United States Senate document #264:
"It is bad news to learn from our leading authorities that 99 percent of the American people are deficient in these minerals, and that a marked deficiency in any one or more of the important minerals actually results in disease. Any upset of the balance, any considerable lack of one or another element, however microscopic the body requirement may be, and we sicken, suffer, shorten our lives."
I know that. But to get raw milk, would mean you’d have to know somebody who is close by who actually owns a cow or a goat or something. I’m sure it could be done, but not in big cities. Yes homogenization screws up milk pretty bad
Any Amish in your state? They will sell you fresh raw milk by the gallons, just as cheap (if not cheaper) as buying it in store. I think raw milk tastes better too.
They sell raw milk at Sprouts if you have one near you.
Thanks for the info
