Cant find anything but Trumps word and thats as good as useless on digital battlefields amidst the enemy

Here's an article that confirms that docs were sent to Chicago, but has the usual BS about Obama being different. BTW, Obama's documents were to be digitized and made available by computer at his presidential "library." An extremely large area was bulldozed to construct this oversized monument to just contained a few computers and no real documents.
