I think they picked the exact type of topsecret /special access program material that crooked hillary stole and sold to terrorists to falsely blame Trump with, purely because now they have a 'well Trump did it too!' as a means of shielding crooked hillary from any followup actions. Ignoring by the way, the legal prerogative that the POTUS has to declassify material at will, not that this ought ever really be exercised for weapons programs.
