My coworker is a newyorker... Nuff said. I was gentle with him did more listening than talking. I could have refuted everything he said but that wouldn't have done much.
My basic response to him was, "my man, i am a libertarian, the republicans and democrats are two feet of the same beast marching forward to complete and totally tyranny. I do not support the uniparty, i just want to be left alone."
New Yorker here. we are not all formed of this disgusting mold, some have more than half a brain. I redpill on a daily basis. some days are harder than most, but I still do it.
You handled it right. I have one nor'easterner in my life and he's the same. Absolutely in another world - bubble world. So clueless. It's hard for me to imagine what life must be like for someone like that. Pretty good, I'd guess. They say ignorance is bliss ...
