They've been doing it all summer here.

Day starts of pure blue skies. Not a cloud. Chemtrails relentlessly sprayed all day. Sky gets milkier and milkier. By 6-7pm it's freezing and the horizon is white. White!

Following days is flat grey skies. Not clouds just a flat grey haze.
