I followed Cole Robinson's Snake Diet (see Youtube), and it was easy fasting for 2-4 days while on electrolyte water (potassium and sodium), but as I became leaner, it became harder. You can see on his channel he has added a keto routine of 15% protein/85% fat. I have been on it a few weeks and lost 3.2 kg. Basically, I have 5 or 6 meals in a day, no closer than 2 hours apart, in which each meal is 50g/1.5oz of meat/fish/chicken and 30mL/2 tbs of coconut or olive oil. I have bought 5 310mL square glass containers with lids, and it is very easy to weigh it out and take to work. I add some cooked vegetable, pickles, or sauerkraut at times to give some flavor, and still get results because the carbs are minimal. Also, I add pepper, and a healthy sprinkling of salt (which helps to keep energy up during reduced calorie diets). Good luck!
EDIT: Here are Cole's channels. You may need a thick skin to hear him screaming "Hey Fatty"🤣😂

Make McDonald's Great Again!
Cole Robinson wasn't looking to Super Size himself. Rather, he used a fasting focused lifestyle combined with proactive eating to eat McDonald's everyday for a month and maintain excellent health. Find out how by watching The McSnake Diet Movie. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6umfRzbVDY
He gets full laboratory tests before and after 1 month of McDonald's meals.
