I love pooping and keto was like cancer for the colon.
It's great to get blood sugar under control but incorporate fruit and fiber as quickly as possible and get on a summer diet. Keto is for winter
Gotta control the type of fat. Grass fed dairy and beef is good. So is MCT oil, avocados, fruit oils like extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin avocado oil.
