We are now at a point where documents are being classified "to protect sources and methods" MEANS "we're doing lots of criminal activity and we can't risk you finding out who and what's involved".

Classified = cover up for crimes, and to insulate criminal from prosecution, under the auspices of "national security", "ongoing investigation", or "privileged information"
