This black lady then launched into a massive rant about lazy youth, the evils of welfare and the destructiveness of the corrupt government, getting the undivided attention of all the waiting customers and the staff too. I followed up with a simple "Amen," and noted the nodding heads. Only one person was not nodding, but the young woman with insanely-done nails and hair, wearing clothing that would not be acceptable in any normal place of work, at least had the sense of shame to look down and stay silent.
