Listen. He was just giving that 10 year old boy a ride home. It's all perfectly normal. Why was he in the trunk? Because it was much safer there. He had been drinking and wanted to protect the child. Why was he bound? It was for his protection of course. He didn't want him accidentally getting out why he was driving. Why was he gagged? No more questions. Please. My client has suffered enough.
