TL;DR:

• Russia is reacting to situations they were forced into. They're not the aggressor
• lists historical lies (weapons of mass destruction, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc
• Western values (specifically those pushed by our elites) goes against human nature and they will protect Russians from them
• USA = Good, our U.S. political elite = bad
• The blame and responsibility of this mess lays solely on the current ruling government of Ukraine
• Ukraine = west's playground to do whatever the fuck they want but with a goal of leveraging it against Russia
• Russia has repeatedly tried peaceful solutions to no avail. Cites that this has not always been the best Approach, but the most important approach.
• They have cutting edge military tech that they will unapologetically use to defend themselves, and if used will be an unrelenting and painful "first" in whatever country ['s history] they are used in (sounds like insinuating USA or Ukraine).
• direct threat to countries to stop fucking around with Russia
• they're intentions have been in the duty of protecting Russian citizens and/or its allies
• a plea to make the right choice. Russia has prepared for every outcome [also insinuating they've made their peace on whatever the need to do to protect themselves]
• addressing Ukrainian military, if you put down your arms we will allow you to return home to your families. Please do so.
