The only time I got a "free" flu shot I ended up really sick with the flu. Had to take time off work as a contractor so it was definitely not "free" in the end. After a lot of different medical issues and failed big pharma intervention I use natural and herbal remedies now. Also use Meditation, Yoga, and Exercise....(or if you like Prayer, Stretches, and Exercise).
