HELP…. My 6 yr old grandson has been running fever, lethargic etc for 2 days and our remedies to break fever are not working. Please any natural remedies would be appreciated
If it's any consolation, one of our toddlers once had fever that kept up for around 5 days. We read a lot of scary stuff about what it could be, but then it broke on it's own.
Do you really want to break her fever? Fever high temp nature's way of healing..now Rockefeller medical industrial complex want you to take their crap to break the healing cycle. Do some research is my advice or consult a naturopath...they use our body's healing methods not go against them.
Yes rather do natural med than dr unless absolutely necessary. I think fever is ok to s point then dangerous.
My son would randomly get 24-hour fevers when he was younger. It's weird. I'm glad your granson is getting better!
Yeah school just started back so exposed to all kinds of germs. Need to build up his immunity. She also gave him colloidal silver and elderberry. Plus some healing prayer over that little body
He probably has an infection: go to EMERG NOW!
HE NEEDS ANTIBIOTICS.
I'm not a doctor but I know that the body raises its temperature to fight infection. If the temperature is no more than 102° then it's unlikely to cause brain damage (but please check this exact figure).
What you need to do is get blood tests to determine what infection his body is fighting and take appropriate medication. Lowering the temperature of a mild fever is counter-productive but a high temperature should be controlled with cold compresses on the head and cool bath if necessary.
Ty yes trying all the tried and true first. I do think sometimes its good for the body to fight infection naturally if you can keep the fever lower. Yes I do know what high fever can do to a body. Just trying to keep it low and trying natural first
