The "exhausted" thing is a Democrat strategy....a favorite of the Left.

Attrition warfare. Wear out the opponent with continual attacks and controversy. Make normies recoil from the opponent by making him synonymous with "controversy".

It has been THE single most continual tactic by the Left and globalists against Trump.
