...it seems like the energy and volume of participation have dropped. Am I off my rocker, or has anyone else noticed that?

Can I ask the Mods... what are you seeing? Traffic levels? Is the effort to moderate the same?

Truth social is being attacked by leftist, vile, trolls, hence the quiet calm truth that is dispersed here is priceless.
