On the surface it's good news, but hardly enough to compensate for lost wages and and hardship. $10 million for 473 plaintiffs equals $21,142 for each individual. That's maybe 3-4 months compensation, but the other 8 or 9 months plus other factors are lost wages. In addition, typically lawyers take 1/3 of personal injury awards. So, I wonder how that factors in.
In the end, the hospital made out like a bandit. What about punitive damages. Is that out of the question now?
I'm glad they got it, but it doesn't seem like much compared to what these folks went through.
13 of the original plaintiffs get $45000, and their jobs back if they want. I would DEFINITELY go back. Why, do you ask? They cant do jack shit to those folks now. Anything that hospital system does to them that looks even remotely like retribution and now they can sue for that. Thats when juries get involved and punitive damages get awarded.
What ills me is the jabbites get anything at all. Sorry …I know the mantra “had to make hard choices”. Horse shit. Its real simple: Experimental vax, made by the company that holds the record for government fines for fraud, never before successfully used gene therapy.
People who caved made it harder for people who resisted by granting the illusion of legitimacy to the fraud. Do we get any of their payment as compensation?
