That's 8 million mean avg based off of 330 mil according to the latest census data, and going for mean avg is probably too generous. Not so significant numbers when considering things globally, so it makes little sense outside of societal engineering "can we accomplish this?" experimentation. Of which, I would not be surprised at all... These people are sick!
