The CDC is cooked. They have ZERO credibility anymore.

There is no restructuring that will ever repair their reputation. Disband the CDC, knock down the building and then spread salt into that soil so nothing ever grows there again.

The CDC sits upon some prime real estate in Decatur/Atlanta area. It would make an excellent spot for a park or public green space....something desperately needed in that area.

Save the salt. Just knock down the building with a high tech thermal nuclear space beam. Toast everything and stay clear of the area for a while...like Chernobyl.
