who wants to dig and find this street view? that will tell you where it is. just because flight tracker might misidentify (or govt mis labels) them, doesnt mean they did not fly over SD
Give it a rest. San Clemente island is as much off the coast of Los Angeles as it is off the coast of San Diego. It could be helicopters from El Toro Marine Corps base near Irvine in Orange County. More importantly...so what?
You can give it just as much a rest. I think I pointed out what you are saying with alot les attitude. Are you here for the arguments? That's two doors down. This is for insults only.
San Clemente island is owned and operated by the U.S. Navy for all kinds of activities that they don't want to perform in populated areas. No big deal.
Those aren’t Gunships.
Looks like CH-53E Super Stallions based on the general shape. Could be the Air Force MH-53s too. They share the same General shape.
Anywho. It’s a bulk heavy lift/cargo helicopter. Though it can be and is used as a Troop transport.
The flight tracker (see Saline 2 post) identifies them as UH-60 Blackhawks.
those pictured are not blackhawks.
Ah. You are right. Then Saline's post is a mistaken identity and there is no reason to think these are near San Diego.

Not unless you want to argue. My point is that this topic is simply not worth further attention. You seem to want to identify the street location.
