Exactly... In the UK the police went from being somewhat normal and reasonable to tyrannical when the government switched it's hiring practices towards hiring weak people.

Before you had to be 6ft and fit.. now they hire short, fat, weak people, women if possible... suddenly all manners of tyrannical enforcement is applied... Because the weak ones become monsters when given power and authority to use it..

Strong Men (and women) do not get off over using their power over people so tend to abuse that power far less than the weak.
