This young lady probably no more than 22 years of age paid me with a credit card for the work I did for her and front and back on the card there was Elvis in black leather from the iconic 68 comeback special.
I asked her if she was a fan and she said "I love everything Elvis"!
The music of any genre in the past is so ridiculously superior to that of today's. The Moody Blues were really good. As were the Animals, "When I was young", The Beatles "My guitar gently weeps", The Rolling Stones "Play with Fire", Johnny Cash, "Hurt", Neil Diamond "Solitary Man, Glen Campbell "Lineman for the County".
You mentioned wine. Remember this song? Two legends.

That brings up a couple of interesting observations to add to that:
Look at the amount of Reaction channels on YouTube. Look at how many of them are young kids (teens to early twenties) listening to older songs and digging on them.
Kate Bush just set the Guinnes World Record for longest time between a song's release and it's reaching #1 just a couple months ago when her song "Running Up That Hill" was featured in Stranger Things and immediately exploded up the chart. Now, go find the music video and read the most recent comments - there are as many people gushing about how good the song is as there are about how well it was used in Stranger Things.
I'm going to have to listen to that song. Stranger Things was my last favorite show on Netflix before I couldn't take their biracial, homo, tranny stuff from other shows thrown into my living room.
It looked like they were going kill off the series for awhile.
Outer Range on Prime is a pretty good show. Outer Range also has many songs from the past I have never heard but they sound so good. One from the boss.
I've never watched Stranger Things, but I checked out the scene where "Running Up That Hill" was used, and it was the perfect use of that song so I see why it struck a chord with so many people.
Good luck with Yellowstone. I know a lot of people who like it, but I can't get into it. I feel like I'm watching a less fun version of Dynasty. XD
